The secrets to lose weight by changing your metabolism naturally

Metabolism. There is probably no word more frequently used it in the vocabulary related to weight loss, diet (and weight).

Indeed, it is not uncommon to hear people talk about their struggles - or triumphs - to curves, too many pounds to take holidays or love handles, referring to good or bad functioning of their metabolism.

In addition, many made the mistake (understandable) to combine their own episodes of change in weight to metabolic changes. In some cases this is true and in others not.

Eating certain foods more often is another way to get there. Yet another way to lose weight - at least temporarily and can see - is to sit in a steam bath (sauna or otherwise) for a few hours.
While the former method (eating the right foods) is real, proven for its performance by increasing metabolic changes, the second method (steam bath) is just temporary because weight loss is due to a water loss, and will be up as fast as it evaporates.

It must be remembered here is that some people wrongly associate with their attempts to lose weight to metabolic changes, and as you saw with the example of the hammam, this is not always the case.
